Privacy
This page explains what happens to the details you send us through the form on the Energia AI website, and what the site measures when you visit.
What we collect
The answers you give in the form: your name, work email, company, building type and total floor area, and any optional details you choose to add, such as your role, number of buildings, building management system, annual energy spend, what you would like to improve and a phone number.
We also record when you sent the form, the page you sent it from and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you followed to reach us.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to you about your building. We do not sell them, share them for marketing or add you to a mailing list.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Your answers are stored in a private database run for us by our hosting providers, Vercel and Prisma. Only the Energia AI team can read them, through a password protected dashboard.
Spam protection
To keep automated messages out, your browser solves a small calculation before the form is sent. To limit repeated submissions we keep a keyed hash of your IP address and email address. These security records expire within one day and are then deleted automatically.
Meta pixel
This website uses the Meta pixel, a measurement tool from Meta Platforms, to learn whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram bring people to the site and lead to inquiries. When you visit, your browser loads the pixel from Meta and tells Meta the address of the page you viewed, including any campaign tags in it, and, if your browser shares it, the page you came from, such as Facebook or Instagram. It also gives Meta your IP address and details about your browser and device, such as its screen size and time zone.
The pixel may set two cookies on this site: _fbp, which lets Meta recognize your browser on later visits, and _fbc, which records that you arrived through a link on Facebook or Instagram, such as one of our ads. Meta may also read or set its own cookies on facebook.com, which can let it connect your visit to a Facebook or Instagram account you are signed in to. Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy.
When you send the form, the pixel tells Meta that an inquiry was sent, with its reference number. It does not send your answers.
Apart from the Meta pixel, the site uses no analytics, advertising tools or third party scripts, and sets no cookies of its own for visitors. You can block or delete Meta's cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries until we no longer need them or you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you or delete the details you sent at any time. To request deletion, email edo.orfanini@energiaigroup.com.
